Open ProxmoxR, tap "Add Cluster", and enter your Proxmox VE hostname (e.g. 192.168.1.100 or pve.example.com). Choose API Token authentication (recommended) or username/password. For API tokens, create one in Proxmox under Datacenter > Permissions > API Tokens. See our step-by-step guide.

Make sure your phone can reach port 8006 on your Proxmox server. If you're outside your network, you need a VPN (like WireGuard) or reverse proxy. If your server uses a self-signed certificate, enable "Allow self-signed certificates" in the app settings. Also verify your API token or credentials are correct.

Go to Settings > Subscription and tap "Restore Purchases". Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID or Google account you used for the original purchase. Your subscription will be restored automatically.

iOS: Go to iPhone Settings > your name > Subscriptions > ProxmoxR > Cancel.
Android: Open Google Play > Menu > Subscriptions > ProxmoxR > Cancel. You'll keep access until the end of your current billing period.

Your credentials are stored locally on your device using encrypted secure storage (iOS Keychain / Android Keystore). ProxmoxR connects directly to your Proxmox server — there is no intermediary cloud server. Your data never leaves your device. Read more about app security.

ProxmoxR supports Proxmox VE 6.x, 7.x, 8.x, and 9.x. Any version that exposes the standard Proxmox REST API on port 8006 will work.

Connection timeouts usually mean your phone can't reach the server. Check: 1) Is your Proxmox server running? 2) Are you on the same network, or is your VPN connected? 3) Is port 8006 open in your firewall? 4) Try the hostname/IP in your phone's browser first: https://your-ip:8006.

Refunds are handled by Apple (iOS) or Google (Android) through their respective stores. You can request a refund through Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com or Google: play.google.com/store/account. If you're having issues with the app, please contact us first — we'd love to help resolve them.
